Improving the photographs could only be done by Adobe photoshop as there is no software in competition. Photoshop not only allows you to make a picture better but it also allows you to make new picture of nothing. At the time of working on photoshop then you have to set your working space and it doesn’t matter if you are working for printing project or web project. Default color scheme uses to be set as sRGB color mode which uses to be limited to the usage of web and cannot be used to print projects. sRGB uses to produce lower quality of images for print purpose. Photoshop CS5 gives you the option to save the workspace and color space as you can always create it according to you. An option of setting color space to North America Prepress 2 and Adobe RGB 1988 could make the printed color a much better. In photoshop CS5 you can select the ProPhoto work space for improved print quality.
Step I – Click on “Edit”
Step II – Click on “Color Settings”

A dialogue box will appear “Color Settings”
Step III – Select “North American Prepress 2”

This will change your RGB settings to the RGB 1988
Step IV – Click on “More Options”.

The dialogue box will get expanded.
Step V – If you are working on graphic designing project then click on “Relative Colorimetric” or if you are working on photographic project then click on “ perceptual”.
Step VI – Click on “OK” and this will save your color settings and if you want to delete that you can do that easily.
