Completed the Graphic Designing course and thinking for what should be next? Well, only two things come in mind uses to be to get a job or to do further studies. Only 10 out of 100 uses to choose further studies and rest goes for job and that have a great reason behind it. The reason is that in graphic designing, having degrees or diplomas do not makes you a good graphic designer, only a lot of practice could make you a good designer. If you go for interview for the post of graphic designer, then they also use to see your work instead of your degrees and diplomas. This is only the reason why a large number of designers do not uses to go for higher studies once they got label of graphic designer on them.

Graphic Designing is not like any other field, where you complete the related course and you will get job in a instance. A graphic designer has to prove himself at every stage of his career. No one in the industry is ready to appoint any person who is un-experienced or just passed out from college. In other fields this don’t happens generally. The reason behind this is that graphic designer uses to design the basic identity of the company or organization and any mistake in that could harm company a lot.

• Freelance Designing, many of the companies uses to outsource their work to freelance designers. This is a huge way for fresh graphic designers to improve their portfolio with professional work. This also uses to give designer a idea of what is happening in real industry. Freelancing companies also uses to avoid fresher but you can get the project if you deserve.
• Do social work; make design for NGOs, religious places, hospitals or design against cruelty. This is great way to increase the health of your portfolio, and you can give them away for free which will increase your popularity.
• Make you presence online. Make your portfolio website and put it online with domain name of your name. Idea is to make your designing skill visible to all with the help of internet. This is one of the very basic steps you should do. Domain name should be your name because that automatically say that its site with portfolio of yours.
• Make free websites and give away online. If you are focusing on web world to make your career then this should be your very first step. Don’t forget to make a link to your portfolio website at the bottom of the website theme you are giving away. It will increase your popularity and will give a backlink to your website.
There are many other things you could do, I will suggest you to do something different every time and do something creative every time.
