Think for a while, you are working in a company or owning a company and you get a project to be done with in a limited time period, then how will you manage to complete the task in that very particular period of time?

Firstly, do not take any graphic designing project which you can’t complete under it deadline because un-successful not only will hurt your costumer but also will hurt your company’s and your own professional image. And if you have taken the project then you should complete it before the deadline by hook or cook. For all this you need to divide the provided time in certain periods, so that you can give a different task to be completed in that particular period.

Time division is very important fact in completion of a project under a deadline. Time could be divided with the help of major tasks to be completed in project. I am going to tell you a basic time division process that is as follows:-

1. Review the project details again and again, do not rush to any decision, please be calm and think over the project again and decide what all things you need to do to get it completed.

2. Make a chart(time-chart) and divide in to 4 blocks(number of blocks depends on the size of project) and give each block a task. Remember that blocks should be marked with numbers in such a way that it goes from starting of project to its completion.

3. Now provide a task to each block, like first one could get the “research and development” work and which uses to be very prime task in every project work. Second one could be “gathering the resources and material”, this is important because without resources and material project could not be completed at all. And the blocks gets filled this way, this all relay depends on your capability and your team work (if you have a team).

4. After you have given task to each block do give them a perfect time line under which each have to be completed because it will help you to complete each task in time .
